Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Return Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. This means the product should be undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back onto your original form of payment. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for this to show up on your bank statement.

Damaged or Lost Items:

We take great care in packaging our products to withstand the journey to you. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please reach out to us and we will get this resolved as quickly as possible.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Your order should be fulfilled within 2-3 business days, then you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please reach out to us ASAP at hello@kojagaming.com. Please note any orders that have a tracking label created cannot be edited or canceled.

Do you accept international returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns/exchanges. That said, please make sure to double (even triple!) check your information before placing an order overseas.

When will you restock an item?

If you have any questions about an item that is out of stock, please send us an email at hello@kojagaming.com or fill out the form on the Contact Us page. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

How can I clean my deskmat?

Apply a very small amount of dish soap to the affected area of your deskmat, then gently rub the area with a wet towel or sponge. Softly dry the area with a separate towel, then let the deskmat air dry. Kindly note, you assume all responsibility for potential damage to the deskmat when using this method.
